Benefits of Drinking Calamnsi with Honey Regulary

Calamondin, or calamansi, is a citrus fruit that originates in the Philippines and looks a lot like tangerine. Actually, it's an intergeneric hybrid of the mandarin orange and kumquat, full of nutritional goodness. No wonder that the health-focused people in the West have taken notice of the eyebrow-raising calamansi juice benefits. Citrofortunella microcarpa (it's the fruit's Latin name) is cultivated throughout Southeast Asia and is used vastly in the local cuisines, especially in the Philippines and Malaysia.

When taken regularly, calamansi juice keeps the kidney healthy. It reduces foul urine odor and lightens its color. Regular intake of the juice also purifies the organs and detoxifies the colon. ... Drinking this juice on a regular basis helps build immunity against the common cold, flu and fever.

It is also a rich source of Vitamin C that boosts immune system. With the pandemic, we need to be very aware of our health status, having to combat the virus on a daily basis. Hence the need to strengthen the immune.

Monday when I left Palawan to prepare in taking the bar exams, headed to Manila, wherein the covid19 cases were very rampant, I have to protect my self in acquiring the virus. Good thing I have a friend that sells this power duo- Calamansi + Honey,  that helps boosting the immune.

Angela Blanca, a work from home momma, and my friend from Palawan who's now based in Cavite, is doing extra having business by selling online. One of her product is the 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭!!!All calamansi juice were freshly squeezed by machine daily and stored in the freezer immediately after. Shelf life when in freezer is  6-8 months, while when just refrigerated it lasts 3-4months.

I ordered two variants, one purely extracted calamansi, and the other is calamansi with honey. I already tried the one with honey, and it tastes good, having the fact that it's less tedious because you're no longer squeezing and just pouring it over a glass of cold or hot water (3-4 tablespoons).
